Training Policy

Kelburne Construction Limited recognises the requirement to ensure that all of our operations are carried out in full compliance of all current HSE legislative and guideline requirements.

We therefore recognise that staff and workforce training requirement for an important part of our compliance in these areas.

The Board of Directors of Kelburne Construction Limited shall ensure that all of our Training Requirements are managed in the proper manner, with the aid of an Annual Training Plan, which shall assess and then identify all of our training needs to cover all of the Company’s operations.

We shall ensure that we adopt the following minimum standards at all times

  • Maintain a fully qualified workforce in line with the requirements of the Major Contractors Group

  • All management staff to have a vocational qualification in HSE relative to their role and responsibility.

  • Provide resources to ensure that the Company maintains its current Platinum CSCS status

REVIEW PROCEDURE

This policy is kept up to date to reflect changes in the nature of the business and size of the company. This policy will be formally reviewed annually by Kelburne Construction Limited in conjunction with the Albion Environmental Limited, and any changes made and ratified as necessary.
